1996
• Establishing PHU KLIMA-THERM company with its seat in Toruń and branches in Gdańsk and Warsaw.
1997
• Starting cooperation with FUJITSU GENERAL in the field o fair conditioning solutions and systems as a General Representative of the Japanese concern in Poland.
2000-2005
• Rapid development contributes to expanding the operation of the company in the field of distribution of FUJITSU products and services in other countries as well:
- in Lithuania (2000)
- in Sweden and Finland (2004)
- in Latvia and Estonia (2005)
2002-2004
• Starting cooperation with representatives of widely renowned European brands producing air dehumidifying devices: AERIAL – a German producer of condensation dehumidifiers and HB COTES – a Danish producer of adsorber dehumidifiers.
2006
• Transforming PHU KLIMA-THERM into a commercial law company: KLIMA-THERM Limited Limited Company (Sp. z o.o.) with its seat in Warsaw.
• The ‘Puls Biznesu’ daily awards KLIMA-THERM with a honourable title of ‘Gazela Biznesu’ (Gazelle of Business Award) listing it among most rapidly developing enterprises in Poland. The company is granted the title again in 2007 and 2008.
• KLIMA-THERM starts cooperation with EFC - a Spanish producer of industrial air conditioning devices and HIDROS from Spain in the field of sales of cooling devices and dehumidifiers.
2007
• Expanding the portfolio of KLIMA-THERM’s products with devices produced by CLINT within the cooperation with G.I. Holding Group.
• Granting KLIMA-THERM the ISO 9001:2000 certificate confirming the conformity of its services with the standards of the European quality management system.
• Starting KLIMA-THERM ACADEMY - a research and training scheme.
2008
• KLIMA-THERM wins the ‘Przedsiębiorstwo Fair Play’ (Fair Play Enterprise Award). This certificate is a declaration of applying top ethical standards as well as reliability in running business activity.
• In the same year the company obtains the title of ‘Złoty Instalator’ (Golden Assembler Award) in recognition of its training activities realized through ‘KLIMA-THERM ACADEMY’.
• Starting an educational scheme called ‘Technical universities with KLIMA-THERM’ supporting natural environment in the process of educating students of technical universities.
2010
• Thinking about strategic development of the company KLIMA-THERM transforms its legal form from a limited liability company (Sp. z o.o.) into a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (S.A.) at the beginning of January 2010.
• Implementing an ERP-SAP class integrated computer system covering all business processes in the KLIMA-THERM Group including the sales process and Customer Assistance and introducing global quality standards in efficient organization management.
• KLIMA-THERM Group has grown by the company Euro-Clima wich is specialized in air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as in providing professional assembly and maintanance services.
• In December 2010 the KLIMA-THERM Group is joined by the company "KLIMOR" - a leading Polish manufacturer of ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. The acquisition has been reached under an agreement with the former majority shareholder of the target company - Gdańska Stocznia Remontowa. KLIMOR’s overtake is part of a long-term strategy of KLIMA-THERM Group envisaging a gradual expansion in providing a comprehensive range of HVAC products and services.
